System Integration Services

Technical Support Services

With high technical knowledge base, modern administration and years of experiences, we are confident to bring to our customers perfect Technical support services, satisfying the most demanding requirements. Our Technical support, Warranty and Maintenance services are strictly monitored by an advanced automatic Call Tracking System.

ISTT provides multi-tier issue technical support on-site and through a dedicated phone number 24/7, 365 days a year. Issues support calls are directed to on-duty support engineers and a support request is entered into the issue tracking system. We support rigorous service level agreements to ensure maximum uptime and service assurance.

For most deployments, ISTT locates engineers in the Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang region to provide technical support engineer on-site when an issue is discovered.
