BID OFFICER (SALES DEPARTMENT)

Job Description
– In charge of preparing bidding documents independently.
– Participate in the preparation of seminars.
– Organize training courses in home country and abroad for company employees and for customers and partners (visa procedures, reservation, domestic and foreign scheduling… along with other departments in the company such as Finance, IT).
Job Requirement
* Required skills and experience:
• Must have:
– Bachelor’s degree, majoring in English is preferred.
– Fluent in English: communicate, read, translate documents. Minimum English level equivalent to TOEIC 800 or IELTS 6.5.
– Proficient in office skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop…
• Nice to have:
– Experience in independently preparing bidding dossier (in both Vietnamese and English) or similar works is an advantage. Work experiences should be clearly stated in your Resume.
– Experience in working with foreign partners.
– Willing to work overtime when needed
* Other requirements:
• Requires good health, good sense of discipline
• Willing to work overtime when needed
• Ability to perform work in many different areas.
• Enthusiastic and highly responsible for work;
• The spirit of support and good knowledge sharing.
